Abstract
A method was established by UPLC to determine prochloraz residue in edible fungi. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, decontaminated by PCX solid phase extraction cartridge, and then detected by UPLC.Methanol and 0.05%ammonia water(60/40,v/v) solution were used as mobile phase and isocratic elution was conducted at 0.4 mL/min.Within 0.1-10μg/mL there was a good linear correlation(R≥0.999) between the peak area and concentration of prochloraz.By this method the detection limit for prochloraz was 0.05 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 92.1%-98.9%,and the variation coefficient 0.79%-6.33%.
