Abstract

War crime is one of the atrocities in human history and one of the serious crimes in the category of international crimes. The World War I and II, which not only reached the result that initiators supposed to be, but exposure the cruel of war and develop international instruments related to the war. The 1949 Geneva conventions and its' protocols established the laws and rules that war should obey. That is why the war is always relevant to the international law and international criminal law just as the Iraq war.
