We,honestly people, question the existence of the International Law, show great doubt upon the role of the International Law because of the Iraq War. I analyze the illegality of the war and demonstrate the war's challenge to the International Law by using the fundamental principles of the International Law. I think, the Iraq War and the relevant postwar questions can not worked out without the International Law despite the war have some negative influences. The International Law plays an irreplaceable role in the international society.
