Abstract
According to the principle of gear spatial-meshing,precise modeling and virtual assembly for Internal Bevel Gear was carried out using spherical involute in Pro/E.Model movement Simulation result for model movement indicates that the meshing relationship of gear pair is correct.Vibration types and vibrations graphics obtained by modal analysis sequence of Pro/MECHANICA,the finite element modal analysis under the Pro/E circumstance, loss features of model was effectively avoided.Vibration types and vibrations graphics showed by finishing sequence of Pro/MECHANICA,intuitively reflect the frequency and shake model, these are visual design references for avoiding resonance. An effective approach of modeling and analysis technology present.
