Abstract

Residue determination of organophosphorus pesticides in cruciferae vegetable were determined by gas chromatography(GC)in Huizhou. The results showed that the pesticide residue in cruciferae vegetables was different between the varieties. The pesticide residues in Chinese cabbage and leaf mustard were very serious, which the exceeding the allowed figure rate occupied 19.05%,11.90%,respectively.The next was the turnip. The Chinese flowering cabbage, cabbage mustard, cabbage and Shanghaiqing of Chinese cabbage had picked out no pesticide residue.Simultaneously, the pesticide residue from different checked location was different. The acceptance sampling test from supermarket, production base were slight, but the pesticide residue from wholesale market and farmer's market were still serious. The main residue pesticides were chlorpyrifos, methamidophos, and the next were fenitrothion and parathion.
