Analysis report of 187 cases adverse drug reaction

Abstract

Objective:To study clinical features of adverse drug reaction(ADR) in our hospital.Methods:A total of 187 ADR cases reports collected from July 2007 to June 2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of patients,age and sex,drug utilities,drug categories,organs and systems involved and clinical manifestations etc.Results:Of the total ADR cases,28.34% ADR caused by the traditional Chinese medicine injection,followed by anti-infection drugs,the intravenous medication was the main route of medication resulting in ADR,ADR were mainly manifested as lesions of skin and the appendants.Conclusion:Great importance should be attached to the monitoring of ADR to improve rational drug use level.
