Abstract
Network era has brought changes for the form and service mode of university library.Library should make serious research on reader service work under network environment.university library has to change the concept of information service and enhance the level of information service in order to meet the readers' all-round,multi-level demand for personalized information and provide better service for readers under the network environment.
