Effect of combination therapy of omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin on gastric ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of omeprazole,amoxicillin combined with clarithromycin on gastric ulcer.Methods One hundred cases of gastric ulcer admitted in central hospital of Yongcheng from July 2012 to November 2013 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group( fifty cases in each group). The observation group was treated with combination treatment of omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin,and the control group was treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole. Results The occurrence of discomfort of the two groups were compared,and the incidence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The excellent cases in observation group was 39,accounting for 78. 00%,the rate of excellent and good was 98. 00%( 49 /50). Both of them were significantly higher than that of control group,which were 56. 00%( 28 /50) and 80. 00( 40 /50). The differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin can effectively relieve symptoms and reduce the economic burden of the family,so it is worthy of recommendation clinically.
