Clinical effect analysis of duodenal ulcer treated by omeprazole and clarithromycin

Objective To probe the clinical curative effect of duodenal ulcer treated by omeprazole and clarithromycin.Methods 135 cases diagnosed as duodenal ulcer by fibergastroscopy were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group were used omeprazole and clarithromycin,and the control group were only used omeprazole.The clinical curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was better than that of control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).The study group had 4 cases with slight dizzy(5.71%),the control group had 5 cases with slight dizzy(7.69%),there was no significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).The healing time and recurernce rate of study group were better than those of control group,there were significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Duodenal ulcer treated by omeprazole and clarithromycin can improve clinical symptoms effectively,promote the ulcer to heal up and reduce the relapse rate.It is worthy of widely popularization and application.
