Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of floating needling combined with rehabilitation training for patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods Eighty shoulder-hand syndrome patients after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group had 42 cases and were given rehabilitation training combined with floating needling. Control group had 38 cases and was treated with routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. After 14 days of treatment, the shoulder-hand syndrome assessment scale(SHSS), pain visual analogue scale(VAS), neural function defect scale(NDS) and the upper limb motor function of upper limb Fugl-Meyer simplified scale(FMA) were used to evaluate the clinical curative effect in the two groups. Results(1) After treatment, the degrees of upper limb injury, pain, neurological deficits, and motor function were improved in the two groups, the difference being significant( P ﹤ 0.01 compared with those before treatment). And the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P﹤0.05).(2) The total effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group and was 86.84% in the control group, and the difference was significant(P ﹤0.05). Conclusion The treatment of floating needling combined with rehabilitation is effective for the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome, which is simple to operate and has a high clinical value.
