Three Kinds of Syphilis Serology Screening Test of the Method of Evaluation

Objective:To evaluate the three types of Syphilis specific serum screening test methods and all test the relationship between the value.Methods:By Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(TP-ELISA) detect outpatient and inpatient samples a total of 12 960 cases.TP-ELISA positive again the Syphilis spirochete gelatin particle agglutination test(TPPA) and the toluidine red unheated serological test(TRUST),the results were analyzed statistically.Results:TP-ELISA to screen positive in 334 cases,277 cases of TPPA conclusive evidence of positive and TRUST positive in 98 cases.Conclusion:Both the two detection methods of TP-ELISA and TPPA have high sensitivity and specificity.The sensitivity and specificity of TRUST are poorer than ELISA and TPPA,but can TRUST method testing to determine whether the current disease patients,as well as observation of syphilis efficacy and prognosis.TP-ELISA is the ideal way to large quantities of syphilis.
