Abstract
The fermentation conditions of the strain Z-62 was studied via single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, and the optimal shaking flask fermentation condition was determined as follows:media composed of 3 % glucose,3 % soybean peptone,0.05 % FeSO4·7H2O,0.05 % KCl,seed age 20 h,initial pH of the media 6.0,media volume 30/250 (mL/mL),inoculum volume 4 % and fermentation time 60 h. In this optimized conditions, the inhibition zone diameter increased by 29.4 % from 20.31 mm. to 26.28 mm.
