Abstract

This paper studied the compositions of cultural medium and the culture conditions of D221 strain by using the single factor and orthogonal design method. The results showed that the optimized medium was composed of sucrose 2.0%,trgprotein 0.5%,beef 2.0%,NaCl 0.5% and MgSO4 0.1%.The optimal fermentation parameters were 30 ℃,150 r·min-1,5% inoculation volume,pH 7.0,at the initial stage and 30 mL culture in 250 mL flask for 48 h,which had the strongest antagonistic activity.
