Abstract
Inrecent years,awareness of Quality Education problems is constantly deepened.Indentifying with underg raduate education of law mainly because the people who have received Quality Education gradually increased. But this does not mean that the philosophy of Quality Education in undergraduate education of law has been established. Therefore,it is necessary to continue to conduct discussion on the Quality Education problems in law undergraduate education and really establish the philosophy of Quality Education to guide the further reform and development of law undergraduate education.
