Abstract
The demand of social development decides the educational purpose, and the purpose of law education decides its contents and methods. This should be regarded as the premise in law education and quality-oriented education should be carried out under guide of policy for quality-oriented education. The paper puts great emphasis on estimating social development of our country in future 20 years, envisaging the purpose of law education of our country and its contents and methods decided by law education and refers to some problems existed. It expounds that quality-oriented education should be carried through in law education and how to carry out quality-oriented education.
