Establishment and evaluation of circular economy index system in Liaoning province

Abstract

According to the basic principle of circular economy,the rules how to construct a circular economy index system in Liaoning was expounded.And the circular economy index system was presented,including the economy system and resource system as well as environment system.The circular economy development situation of 14 cities in Liaoning in 2004 was evaluated with analytical hierarchy process(AHP) method.The results showed that the circular economy development level ranked first in Shenyang,followed by Dalian,Panjin,Anshan,Fushun,Huludao and Yingkou,which could be the technical basis of circular economy development in Liaoning.
