A Neglected Perspective:Humanity Mission in Sports

This article investigated the meta-problem in sports science from the humanistic perspective for a new interpretation.It was presented in the paper that: the nature of sports is movement,while the human body movement is the basic biological instinct of human-being with the existence format as animals,and its role embodied in the following five aspects: life satisfaction,life improvement,life extension Survival performance and struggle for existence .Ignorance of sports properties,any exaggeration of social attributes functions of sports ideologization of sports became the major misunderstandings in contemporary sports society in China.Proposals were presented pointing to the current problem in society lack of physical activity,noting that sports in China should clarify matters get to the bottoms of things,return to humane based environment,and completely aggregate sports into the democratic category,so that sports play a bigger role in the modernization contradicts between human nature.
