Abstract
Based on the students' physical decline,the weakness of mass sports' development,the competitive sports alienation and so on,the article makes research on the consciousness.It holds that Chinese sports need consciousness and it suggests to put the national sports thought and behavior into the world category.Through the excavation of soft power that includes the sports humanity spirit and the sports concepts and so on,it puts forward some suggestions on the construction of soft power: to restore confidence,set up the sports cultural consciousness,emphasize health rights and ideas,improve public sports service quality,strengthen the sports humanity spirit construction,etc.
