Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound,only mammography,and both for the diagnosis of breast neoplasms.Methods:Total of 318 female patients(aged 28 -72) with breast neoplasms were all confirmed by surgery and pathological examination.Breast cancer of 113 patients detected with preoperative mammography, 99 patients with preoperative Color Doppler ultrasound and 106 patients with both.Results:The positive diagnostic rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 87.88%,the positive diagnostic rate of mammography was 85.84%.The positive diagnostic rate of ultrasound combined with mammography was 96.23%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound and mammography are of value in diagnosis of breast cancer.Whill color Doppler ultrasound combined with mammagraphy can increase the positive diagnostic rate of breast neoplasms.
