Analysis on the Phenomenon of the Decline in Professional Ethics Among College Teachers and Its Counermeasures

Professional ethics is the goal and core part of teachers' professional quality.To strengthen the college teachers' ethical development is of great significance in cultivating highly qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors.At present,there are many problems exist among college teachers,such as the lack of faith and responsibility,serious utilitarian tendency,scholarly research attitude is not correct,do not have a strong sense of collaboration,the weaking awareness of example etc.The way of strengthening the college teachers' ethical development lies in implementation of appointment system,optimization of campus environment,strengthening the building of mechanism.
