The Analysis of Validity in Local Government Cadre Training:a Case Study of “Socialized Selecting Study” among Cadre Training in Sichuan Province

Strengthening the cadres training of local governments and enhancing the diathesis of local governments is a basic and important program,which effects the strengthening and consummating of the Party and Government's ministerial ability construction.This article analyzes the theory premise of enhancing the validity in training local government cadres,and then puts forward that the determination of training needs should make a transformation from “post needing theory” to “synthesis needing theory”.Finally,it is proposed the measures of how to enhance the validity in local government cadres training by the case of “socialized selecting study” among cadres training in Sichuan Province.
