Abstract

From the perspective of service-oriented government and based on the analysis of present situation and problems of organs and cadres,this article manages to find out the crux of problem of the cadres construction,and advises to promote the positive work of the organ cadre force,and the overall quality of thinking,perform their duties in full capacity to increase through the system,structure,and education reform and boost the construction of a service-oriented government to better serve the people.
