Abstract

Grasping the strategic orientation of central plains economic zone accurately and releasing the farmer's productivity in central plains have a profound impact on the potential growth rate of China's economy. The central plains is the center of China,therefore, the construction of central plains economic zone should be placed on the height of national economic development strategic. It should focus on developing modern agriculture and the tertiary industry and gathering population, reconstructing the regional economic benefit mechanism and increasing labor supply and agricultural comparative benefits, reforming the existing cadre assessment indicators and establishing the equal exchange of urban and rural land, building a unified urban and rural environmental protection standard and constructing new ecological villages for geracomium and relaxing tourism, formulating unified urban and rural regional development planning, so as to promote the development of central plains economies of scale.
