Research on the Relationship between Financial Development and Economic Growth in Anhui Province——1985-2005

Abstract

By applying cointegration and granger causality test to the research on financial development and economic growth in Anhui province,we found that there exists granger causality.But the granger causality relationship is unilateral and reverse,which is from finance development to economic growth.In this foundation,we put forward several economic and financial policy proposals to accelerate economic growth of Anhui province.
