Effects of Xiaojiean Capsules on blood rheology of model rats with blood stasis

Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of Xiaojiean Capsules on blood rheology of model rats with blood stasis by animal experiment.MethodsThe rat models of blood stasis were made by using adrenalin hydrochloride and ice water,then observed the effects of Xiaojiean Capsules on blood rheology of model rats with blood stasis.ResultsThe high and medium dose of Xiaojiean Capsules were obviously decrease every index of blood rheology of model rats with blood stasis(P0.05 or P0.01),and the effects were obviously better than the low dose of Xiaojiean Capsules and Guizhi Fuling Capsules(P0.05 or P0.01).ConclusionXiaojiean Capsules may obviously improve the state of blood rheology.
