The Influence of Ganxian Capsule about the Liver Disease Model of Acute Blood Stasis Rat Whole Blood Viscosity and Plasma Viscosity

Abstract

Objective Observe the effect of Ganxian capsule on the hemorheology in blood stasis rats. Methods Through use of adrenaline and ice water lead to blood stasis in rats, and observating the impact of hemorheology. Results Ganxian capsule enable decrease high, medium and low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity signifi cantly in blood stasis rats. Conclusion It suggested that Ganxian capsule has effects of improving the abnormal blood rheology.
