Abstract

Objective To observe the changes of hemorrheological properties in rats with acute internal capsular hemorrhage, summarize the regularity and analyze its influence on organ microcirculation. Methods 30 normal adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham group and cerebral hemorrhage(CH) group, the latter was subdivided into 4 groups as 3,6,12,24 h groups. Cut the tail to get 0.1 ml autoblood and inject it into the right internal capsule, the operation on the sham group was the same as the CH sub groups except for no blood injection. Draw blood from the sham group immediately and from the CH group at different time point for hemorrheology detection. Results Compared with the sham group, the level of hemorheological parameters in CH sub groups increased generally(P 0.05).When CH subgroups were compared, low shear blood viscosity raised obviously from 3 h to 12 h. High shear blood viscosity and plasma viscosity raised the most obviously at 24 h. The hematocrit(HCT),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI) and fibrinogen(Fib) contents increased gradually as time went on. HCT reached the peak at 24 h. The peak time of EAI and Fib is from 12 h to 24 h. Conclusion There were some statistical changes of hemorheological parameters at different time points of CH rats, which influenced the microcirculation function of central nervous system.
