Analysis of Land Price in the Urban Area of Chongqing City

In order to expand the knowledge of the temporal and spatial evolvement tendency of land price,the land price data from 2000 to 2006 of Chongqing city were analyzed to monitor the change in urban land price.The result showed that the land price in Chongqing city has continuously been rising from 2000 to 2006.Distinction analyses indicated there was a smooth improvement in high level of land price with little amplitude,however there was a greater improvement in medial level of land price.For the purpose of getting a comprehensive understanding of land price of Chongqing city,the increase tendency of Chongqing city land price is discussed in this paper.
