Abstract
Understanding the spatio-temporal distribution of remised land prices of a large city is important in establishing macro-controlling strategies of estate price.Descriptive statistics combined with spatial analysis method was applied. The results revealed that the land price in newly-developed urban districts typically rose higher than that of older urban areas. The area outside fifth ring road has received more attention by real house developers due to its sufficient land supply and improved transportation conditions.Likewise, southern districts also enjoyed higher price rising trend.Hence, the previous north-south land price gap is disappeared. The eastern districts have relatively higher land prices than that of western area.It is concluded that there was obvious spatio-temporal change of remised land prices in urban area of Beijing.
