Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Yishenruanjianjian on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and its possible mechanism. Methods Rat NAFLD models were induced by high fat diet.Gemfibrozil was chosen to be the control medicine. The pathological changes of liver, levels of ALT,AST in serum, levels of TC,TG,SOD,MDA in liver were monitored. Results Contents of TC,TG were decreased highly in group H than that in group M(P0.05);MDA was decreased and SOD activities were increased in group H than in group M(P0.05).Aminotransferase activities of group H were similar with group N.Conclusion Yishenruanjianjian not only decreases levels of liver lipid, lipid peroxide products but benefits the recovery of nonalcoholic fatty liver.
