Abstract
Objective To observe total serum IgG and subtype of IgG of patients with food hypersensitivity.Methods The food-specific IgG and IgE antibodies to a panel of food antigens in serum,total serum IgG,subtype of IgG and total serum IgE were detected in sixty four cases with IBS,thirty normal controls in order to identify patients with food hypersensitivity.Results ①The positive rate of serum food-specific IgG antibodies in patients with IBS was higher than that in normal controls(X2=22.7207,P0.01).②According to the results of food-specific IgG to evade diet,there were 14 patients who’s symptoms had markedly been improved.The efficiency is 82.35%.14 patients were iden tified as food hypersensitivity.③The average concentration of total serum IgG,IgG1,IgG2and IgG4of patients with food hypersensitivity had significant difference compared with that in normal controls,he average concentration of IgG3 of patients with food hypersensitivity had no significant difference compared with that in normal controls.④The average concentration of total serum IgG,IgG1,IgG3of patients with food hypersensitivity had significant difference compared with that in negative group with IBS of food-specific IgG test,IgG2and IgG4 of patients with food hypersensitivity had no significant difference compared with that in negative group with IBS of food-specific IgG test.Con clusion IgG-mediated allergic participated the pathogenesis of patients with food hypersensitivity.Subtype of IgG changing participated the pathogenesis of patients with food hypersensitivity.
