Research on Occupational Stress of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Heping District

Applying occupational stress chart to explore the occupational stress situations of primary and secondary school teachers in Shenyang,it is found that the reaction levels of occupational mission and stress of our samples are higher than norm of the Sichuan counterparts and the level of coping resource is lower.Peptic ulcer and neurasthenia are raised among teachers because of the occupational stress.The results of the research are very significant for teachers to prevent occupational stress,protect health and increase labor efficiency.
