Comments on "The Late Qing Dynasty Thought History"

As to Professor Zheng Dahua's The Late Qing Dynasty Thought History,most of scholars believe that this work has made beneficial exploration for study of the late Qing Dynasty thought history;however,there are some scholars who hold different opinions on some content and the writing style of his work.This paper argues that it is difficult to tell the differences among the range of the thought,culture and philosophy.In general,The Late Qing Dynasty Thought History has grasped the main trend of development of the late Qing Dynasty thought history,and drawn the outline of the internal progress of it;Besides,this work made an objective valuation to every thought;Therefore,The Late Qing Dynasty Thought History can be regarded as a major thought history work although not perfect.
