The endoscopic surgery combined with microwave coagulation for treating Nasociliary neuralgia

Objective To investigate the clinical features of Nasociliary neuralgia and if an endoscopic surgery bombined with microwave coagulation is effective for it.Method Rhinoscopy and CT examination were performed on 28cases of Nasociliary neuralgia.Endoscopic surgical therapy was taken to correct such abnormalities of the nasal cavity.Result After a followed up of one year,27 cases were cured and 1 case was effective.Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined with CT scanning can significantly improve the diagnostic efficacy.The endoscopic surgery combined with microwave coagulation for the treatment on Nasociliary neuralgia is a feasible method.
