Abstract

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of EGFR and Ki67 in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods The expression of EGFR and Ki67 in tissues of epithelial ovarian cancer,benign tumor and normal ovary were detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rates of EGFR and Ki67 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue were significantly different from those in normal ovary and ovarian benign tumors(P 0.05).The expression of EGFR and Ki67 in histological grade and clinical stage was significantly different(P 0.05).Conclusion EGFR and Ki67 play an important role in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
