On Minority Traditional Dwelling House Architecture in Three Gorges:Based on Tujia Diaojiaolou

Tujia minority is a typical people living in mountainous region.Tujia Diaojiaolou is the reflection of one of the features of its hilly mountain culture,which displays Tujia people’s ancestor worship and religious thoughts,the cosmology of unity of heaven and man and ethics.But the space of Tujia Diaojiaolou’s existence and development is becoming smaller and smaller,and its culture is faced with crisis owing to the development of modern architecture technology and urbanization.So it is urgent to take applicable measures to protect it and save this national cultural heritage.
