Career Planning for Female College Students

Abstract

Taking 400 female college students in Hunan Women’s Vocational College as samples,we made a questionnaire about career planning.The results shows that many students’awareness of career planning are not strong.Although they think the career planning is very important,they are lack of a systematic understanding.Students’career planning education are mainly through schools,and different grades need different career planning.Marriage has considerable influence on career planning,and there are differences between men and women.This paper presents some relevant countermeasures.
