The Rural Credit System Construction and the Rural Financial Reform during the Transition Period

Credit is the core and key link of financial reform.Establishing a good credit environment is the fundamental guarantee for the development of finance and the improvement of financial efficiency.Based on an analysis of the interaction mechanism between credit and financial development,the paper discusses the necessity and importance of credit system construction.In the light of the multiple features and the weakness of China's rural credit,this paper analyzes the present rural credit system construction and the existing problems during the transition period.At last,the paper suggests that we should improve rural credit service facilities and cultivate financial market environment in order to promote the rural financial reform.
