Abstract

To investigate physical status, the nutrition knowledge, diet habit and nutritional intake of college students,evaluate the effects factors of nutrition and health. By cluster sample method and self-made questionnaires,diet nutrition and health surveying is conducted and to analyze the problem. In the investigation, college students are less healthy, 68%students are healthy,15.6% students are malnutrition,16.4% are overweight. They are weak of nutrition consciousness,but most of them have better nutrition attitude. The diet habits are horrible,eat quickly,eat snacks often,repast outside school,drink beverage instead of water,ignore the breakfast,etc. Nutrient intake is obviously insufficient,every day,the proportion of drinking milk and eating soy products of male and female is less than 10%,42% boys and 22.6% girls do not eat fruit. The nutrition and health status of college students is weak,we shall strengthen nutrition education,correct poor eating habits,improve the scientific and reasonable diet.
