Abstract

Teaching is a complex and arduous task,which requiries the teachers who have some special ability.Teachers in the teaching process are always in the face of many common problems,in which,the most serious challenges are on how to improve their teaching ability and have an effective teaching way.This article refers to the micro-teaching used in college English teaching practice,taking the course video is to help the teachers to evaluate the effect of teaching and reflection,thereby to enhance their teaching ability and awareness,and ultimately to achieve the professional development of teachers.
