Research on the Realistic Judgement of the Upgrading of Agricultural Industrial Clusters in Hunan Province from the Perspective of Evolution

The upgrading of agricultural industrial clusters is the objective requirement of the development of agricultural economy,and has important impetus to the development of agricultral urbanization. Agricultural industrial cluster evolution reflects a certain life cycle,based on the perspective of the evolution to study agricultural industry cluster formation,growth,maturity and recession as four stages,used entropy method to determination of agricultural industry cluster development stage. The results showed that Hunan Agricultural Cluster was in a growth stage and sustained development,is necessary for such an upgrade. Therefore,we should put forward relevant countermeasures from the perspective of the government to promote the upgrading of agricultural industrial clusters.
