Study on Kanban System with Variations in Management

Abstract

Review is done on the work of kanban system with variations.Based on analyzing variation resources and their effect,procedure for kanban system design and operation is given.Factors needed to take into consideration when designing kanban system are analyzed.The formulation to calculate the number of Kanban provided by Mondon is improved.Procedure and strategy are brought forwards to deal with the variation in the operation of kanban system.
