Abstract

The paper describes that the control and the management of the engineering cost is the dynamic process,the implementation of the whole process management of the engineering cost is the effective way to realize the investment control of the construction project,discusses the whole process cost management based on the analysis of the existing problems of the engineering cost control at present,to improve the investment benefit of the construction fund.
