Abstract
The author summarizes the defects in the management of the cost control at present,combines the whole process cost management theory with the practice of the engineering cost through the systematic research and analysis, puts forward the related measures to solve the defects in the management of the cost control based on the whole process cost management theory,to achieve the goal of the maximization of economic benefit of the construction enterprises.
