Performance Evaluation of Reticulocyte Parameter on the Sysmex XE5-000 Automated Hematology Analyze in Erdos Healthy Mongolia People

Objective:To establish a normal reference range of reticulocyte of Erdos healthy Mongolia people by Sysmex XE-5000 Automated hematology analyzer.Method:A clinical sample was determined successively for 30 times to ensure the intra-batch precision;Quality control was determined successively for 30 days to ensure the inter-batch precision;212 healthy adults subjects were determined by the Sysmex XE-5000 automated hematology analyzer for determining the 6 reticulocyte parameters and establishing the reference range.Results:The intra-batch and the inter-batch coefficients of variation(CV) CV were within the tolerance limit.There was no significant difference between male and female(P0.05) on Ret%(0.55～1.79)和HRF(%)(0～1.42).Ret#(109/L):male is(19.6～86.4),female is(13.2～70.1);IRF(%):male is(1.63～10.91),female is(2.23～7.79);LRF(%):male is(91.8～100),female is(89.5～99.1);MRF(%):male is(0～7.12),female is(0～6.05);There was significant difference between male and female(P0.05) on above four reticulocyte parameters.Conclusion:We should establish own reference range of 6 reticulocyte parameters rely on area,race,sex and analyzer.
