Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of reticulocyte(RET)detection results between different instruments. Methods The reference method(Sysmex XE-5000)for instrument calibration was carried out, then the results of reticulocyte ratio tested by Sysmex XE-5000 and Sysmex XN-20 was compared. Results There was no statistical significance between two instruments for detecting reticulocyte ratio(P 0.05). Moreover,no statistically significant differences were found when comparing these data with the manual method(P 0.05). Conclusion Internal instruments are comparable for RET after calibrating Sysmex XE-5000 using reference method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
