An Analysis of CPC's Party Diplomacy since the Reform and Opening up

From the historic logic of the evolution of political diplomacy,the party diplomacy of Communist Party of China(CPC) experienced three periods of normalization,maturity and deepening since the reform and opening up and from the innovation of the party diplomacy,CPC has made innovation and development in terms of guiding ideology,diplomatic principles,pattern,and methods.Since the reform and opening up the inspirations are: the party diplomacy is important for achieving national objectives of diplomatic strategy and enhancing the soft power of the Party;the scientific grasp of the theme of the times is an important basis for the innovation and development of the party diplomacy;service for both domestic and international overall situations is the fundamental starting point of the party diplomacy.In over 30 years the party diplomacy of CPC serves the changing needs home and abroad,Chinese modernization,national unity and world peace.
