Abstract
As the trend of globalization growing stronger,political diplomacy become a remarkable phenomenon in international politics.Since the late 1990s,the Japanese Communist Party,being an opposition party,has been positively dispelling its capability through a series of diplomatic activities.This paper take the view that the main reason for those activities is the desperate plight Japanese diplomacy was in and the realistic pressure communist movement was under.Those diplomatic activities,as JCP's own theories and strategies were formed periodically and achieved success in practice.However,those achievements can not change JCP's political status fundamentally in Japanese politics.
