Abstract

The governing culture is the basis of constructing a learning-oriented Marxist party,and the core and soul of ideological work.It is necessary to systematically sort out the academic background and research status of governing culture,define its key concepts and their theoretical status,explore the elements and analytical framework,and show the academic research picture of the governing culture.
