Dialectical Consideration on Building Governing Resources of CPC

The new leading collectives with Hu Jintao as its core put forward seven points about building governing theories,governing resources as one of them.At present,the research achievements concerning governing resources are increasing.For the sake of further deepening and systematizing the research of governing resources,this thesis will make a survey of building governing resources from three perspectives: from the methodological significance from qualitative and quantitative views;from the dynamic development;from the relationship the interests between the Party and the people.
